Our Policies
At our salon, your appointment time is reserved especially for you. We understand that life happens and schedule changes may be needed, but we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
Late Cancellations
Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service total. Failure to adhere to our cancellation policy may result in the inability to book future appointments.
No-Show Appointments
Clients who do not show up for their appointment will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
Running Late
If you are running behind, please contact us as soon as possible. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling and may result in a fee.

Our stylists’ time is valuable, and last-minute changes leave gaps that are difficult to fill. Our policy ensures fairness to both our clients and our team, and helps us continue to provide the best experience possible.

We do not offer refunds. If for any reason you are unhappy with your service, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment so we can schedule a complimentary adjustment.
